*Take my relaxed hair detox challenge! It’s definitely time for a fresh start with our hair, so let’s start this year right:

1-Clarify your hair the first week, and cleanse your hair once each week following
2- Deep Condition 1-2x per week with heat, using an oil to seal**
3- Moisturize your hair at least 3x per week using an oil to seal
4- Protective style your hair for the entire month. Cool blow dryer is okay, but NO IRONS OF ANY KIND!!!
5- Choose a supplement that will be beneficial to your hair, and take it every day of the month

**If you don’t have a heating cap or access to a steam room, simply leave the conditioner in for 20-25 minutes then rinse out
